Protas and his family
Officer of the Order of Australia, 9 June 2014
Bumped into one of our local heroes on the Strand today. Prof Ian Wronski is Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Medicine at JCU & Board Member of Townsville Hospital. He has dedicated his career to bringing a workforce of health care providers, education and research to our region. He was awarded Officer of the Order of Australia yesterday. And he's a nice guy too!
It's raining today so a day of editing is in order...
Luca looks a little unhappy with his arrival into the world, but he made some proud parents very happy last night!
Hayley had a portrait shoot yesterday - and it was her 16th birthday too :)
And her awesome friend Jaime who gave her a photo shoot for her birthday :)
Kendal and her family came by to have some portraits done
It's always worth getting up early
Definitely worth re-editing old photos to get the most out of the latest Photoshop has to offer
Nope, not wearing that hat....!

Love Townsville at this time of year, truly a paradise.
My operating list was interrupted for a tiny arrival. iPhone VSCO Cam Essence
A national shortage of the drug propofol has elective surgeries cancelled. Luckily they found some for my anaesthetist this morning.
I like people with a bit of an eccentric style :)
Autumn arrives in North Queensland
I offered a free shoot the other day when I had a spare afternoon and nothing to do. Camille came along. I love the fact that photography makes people smile.
